Bay Area ambassador E-40 drops his latest video for the track entitled “Savage,” with cars honeys, Sluricain, lots of swaggin and flossing. “Savage is a uptempo Club track that’s bound to get the spot popping. The Savage video follows up E-40’s other recent Videos… “On One” that features AD, “Slappin” that featured Nef the Pharaoah and D.R.A.M., and the hit song “Petty” featuring Kamaiyah.
“The way Jazze Pha works the hook makes it catchy as a matter of fact, I sing it in my head all the time,” says B-Legit. The “Savage” video is a preview of what’s to come on the highly anticipated 42-track effort, The D-Boy Diary Book 1 & The D-Boy Diary Book 2, scheduled to be released Friday Nov. 18, 2016.
For his participation on “Savage” Jazze Pha says, “I was inspired by the young homies that were in the studio the night when I heard the Savage beat… I pulled my verses from that savage idgaf lifestyle when a youngin got a pocket fulla cash, smoking good & drinking good and he feels like he can have it all! Makes me feel like I’m kinda reliving my past life on this song.
The D-Boy Diary Book 1 & The D-Boy Diary Book 2 albums will mark E-40’s 26th and 27th solo releases.
